Returns

We are so certain that you will be happy with your new troll that we offer a two-year guarantee all of our trolls!  That means, if two years from now you decide that you just don't like your troll for any reason, we will refund your full purchase price excluding shipping costs.  This means, your troll must be returned in the condition it was bought in. We do not accept returns after 30 days for damaged trolls. All other merchandise also carries a 30-day return policy and can be returned for any reason (excluding shipping), no questions asked!

Under these circumstances, return shipping will be paid by you unless, of course, you received the item damaged.  If you have received a damaged item, please contact us for return instructions.  

Please allow up to two billing cycles for return credit to appear on your credit card statement.  Again, we are unable to refund shipping and handling fees unless you received the item damaged.
