Shipping Info

We use the United States Postal Service and UPS (larger trolls) for shipping.

We carry a very large stock of Nyform trolls so you can be assured that you will get what you order!

Orders are shipped out of our California location and are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. If you need your order sooner than this, we recommend you choose USPS Express Mail.

Orders that are shipped by Air and Express methods will take priority over ground shipments and are shipped the same day if received before 12pm (CST). Air and Express orders received after 12pm (CST) will be scheduled to ship the next business day.

Each individual troll is carefully inspected and packed with care before it is shipped so you can be assured that you are receiving a quality and cared for product.

Your rates are calculated "live" meaning that when you fill out our order form, your address information is sent to our shippers where real time rates are calculated.

International Shipping

We do accept International orders, however please be advised that you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes and/or import fees if any should be applied.
